If you receive ANY products that are damaged or appears to be tampered with please feel free to file a claim ASAP. You have EXACTLY 15 days from the date of purchase to file a claim. 1. Items should be returned/exchanged in original condition and packaging.
2. In the case of receiving a damaged item or shipping back damages please contact us prior to taking any actions.
3. If the item is eligible for a return a credit or refund will be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.
4. Shipping is refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective.
